Our Table Setups

We have Tables to suit all occasions, including grazing, dessert, 

finger food, canapes, sandwiches, and more

Wow, your guests, with our masterpiece Table Setups. 

Our setups are luxurious, using high-market produce from 

local producers and suppliers. 

We have Table Setups to suit all occasions, including grazing, dessert, 

finger food, canapes, sandwiches, and more.​

We have three Table Setup options:

1. Bespoke (custom) Table Setup 

2. DIY Table Setup

3. Disposable Table Setup

Bespoke (Custom) Table Setup: 

This custom Table Setup is quoted per food item and per person. 

The minimum for this table setup is 15 people. 

We provide all food items, platters, boards, trays, crockery, 

bain maries (if required), tongs, disposable plates & cutlery, etc.

We do not provide tables, tablecloths, and decorations.  

We will arrive at your location at least 1 to 2 hours before the event time 

to set up and arrange all food items, platters, trays, etc. and complete

the setup at least 30 minutes before guests arrive. 

We return to collect all our cleaned platters, boards,

trays, etc., when the event ends or the next day*.

This table setup option requires a refundable* $100 bond for 

the boards, bain maries, crockery, etc.

All terms will also be included in the emailed quote and invoice. 

DIY Table Setup:

The DIY (Do-it-yourself) Table Setup is ideal for all events requiring a

cost-effective 'wow' appeal

This table setup option includes ready-to-eat platter boxes of food items 

of your choice, and you arrange the food items yourself

using your own platters, boards, trays, etc. 

Each DIY Table Setup comes with handy "Tips" cards to help you 

create the perfect setup. 

We drop off the catering boxes with your selected food 

items with the Tip Cards. 

We do not come back to collect the catering boxes. All catering boxes

can be recycled. 

We do not provide platters, trays, crockery, utensils, etc. 

There is a minimum of 15 people for this table setup option.

Disposible Table Setup:

The Disposable Table Setup option is perfect for parks and outdoor events 

or if you do not want any fuss with cleaning boards, crockery, etc. 

The option includes your selected food items, served on all disposable 

trays, platters, plates, bowls, etc., and set up just like our 

non-disposable table setups. 

We do not return to collect the disposable trays, crockery, etc. 

All disposable trays, plates, crockery, etc., can be recycled.
